This is specifically designed to help organizational unit heads to understand their roles better, and generally to help all staff members to take the initiative to lead critical organizational roles whenever necessary.

Change Management Coaching

This involves sessions that are conducted for both pre-emptive and interventional purposes. Pre-emptively, we coach for change management when organization has no critical situation but needs to prepare for change that can occur at any time. While interventionally, Coaching is done to help employees and the management to cope with the reaction that occurs when critical changes happen. Those kind of changes that shake up the structure 
or status of the organization.

Healthy Perspective Coaching

This is an avenue where the employees are helped to see their contribution to organizational growth as being imperative to the development of a healthy body and mind. Topics such as a wellness and Career growth-the meeting  point; Love your job so you can enjoy your life; Healthy perspective in turbulent times etc., are captured in this

Custom Training

This can be held within the organization’s  premises at a pre-arranged time and fee depending on the number of staff, or can be held at our training centre.
